Real Madrid winger Cristiano Ronaldo is still on the recovery process while on holiday.

The Portugal international picked up a knee injury in the finals of the European Championship between Portugal and France on July 10. He collided with West Ham United midfielder Dimitri Payet and was carried off the pitch on a stretcher in the first half after the injury proved to be too painful.

The superstar, who is currently on holiday in Ibiza with his family, has been spotted wearing a knee brace as he continues to recover from the injury. He is with the company of his mother Dolores and son Cristiano Jr.

Meanwhile, Spanish publication Marca has issued report suggesting that the 31-year-old could be out of action until mid September. That means that he will miss all of Real Madrid’s pre-season matches and the European Super Cup fixture against Sevilla on August 9, 2016.

But he could feature for Los Blancos against Osasuna on September 11, 2016 in his first match for the Santiago Bernabeu outfit in the new season. At the international level, this also means that the ex-Man United man could also be unavailable for selection when Portugal plays two international friendlies before their World Cup qualifier match against Switzerland.
