It may have been just a friendly, but Jose Mourinho is off to a good start as Manchester United's coach.
The Portuguese boss started his highly anticipated term as the Red Devils' tactician with a 2-0 win against Wigan, and there were a few things that deserve to be pointed out.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan's debut with the team was interesting, as the Armenian showed glimpses of his talent during the first half of the game. Eric Bailly had a chance to wear Man United's jersey for the first time, and he seemed quite comfortable on the pitch.
After ending the first half with a goal-less draw, Manchester United took the lead following a baffling mistake by Wigan's goalkeeper, who failed to clear the ball properly and handed it to Juan Mata. Mata spotted Will Keane all alone and assisted him for the first goal in Mourinho's era with the team.

Ten minutes later, Andreas Pereira fired a close-range shot that found its way into the back of the net.

This will go down in history as the first lineup under Mourinho, who also gave Luke Shaw the chance to return to a football pitch after a leg injury he picked up last year.
