Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer believes his team can reach the glorious Euro 2016 final in Paris.

On Thursday, the German side will face hosts France in an anticipated UEFA Euro 2016 semi-final and Neuer claims his lads are not afraid of Les Bleus' Olivier Giroud.

Speaking at a general press conference, the Bayern Munich shot-stopper claims he is confident Muller and Co. can cope with the threats of Giroud, saying:

"Giroud is a very dangerous poacher inside the box.

"He is strong in the air, he is dangerous for central defenders.

"But we know him and can prepare for him.

"I don't like focusing on a special player in the opposing team too much. They bring a lot of quality with other players as well."

Neuer also spoke about France's ace Antoine Griezmann, who has scored four times in this top-flight tournament.

"Griezmann is incredibly strong in one-on-ones and on the counterattack.

"We all know he is strong in the air, his timing is very good. There are a lot of things we have to keep an eye on.

"We have to very organised and make sure we get our defensive positioning right."

Neuer will be looking to secure another major international trophy with Germany after his successful 2014 World Cup campaign in Brazil.
