The Swedish ace will team up once again with Jose Mourinho, in what will be his first experience in the English Premier League.

After weeks of rumors, Zlatan Ibrahimovic finally revealed where he will be playing next season. Most of the footballing world may have known that Manchester United was the front runner to sign a deal with the tall Swedish striker, but "Ibra" made it his duty to reveal where he was going to play in pure Zlatan-esque fashion.

The player, who recently retired from International football with Sweden, used his Instagram feed to let the world know he will be playing in the English Premier League.

The former Paris Saint Germain player is expected to undergo a medical on Friday to confirm the transfer. No contract details have been revealed as of now.

Manchester United will be Zlatan's eighth professional club. He made his debut with Swedish side Malmö shortly after his 18th birthday, where he scored 16 goals in 46 apps. Three years later, he played in the Eredivisie with Dutch giants Ajax, where he won two league titles. After four seasons with the red-and-white side, he left The Netherlands to join another top European club: Juventus.

His stint with La Vecchia Signora lasted only two seasons, scoring 26 goals in 92 apps. After the Calciopoli scandal was revealed in 2006, he decided to leave Juventus to join Inter, where he won three consecutive titles. During his final season with the neroazzurri, Ibrahimovic worked under Jose Mourinho's supervision. The Portuguese boss was able to get the best out of Zlatan, with the Swedish striker scoring 29 goals with the Milan-based team (his highest tally with them).

"Ibra" and "The Special One" will have the chance to team up again.

Zlatan continued his career with Barcelona, in what turned out to be a disappointing experience for the Swedish ace. He had a public falling out with then-coach Pep Guardiola, and he ended leaving the team after one year with one more league title under his belt.

He returned to the Serie A with AC Milan for a couple of seasons, where he managed to win another Scudetto with the rossoneri. After leaving Il Diavolo, he joined PSG on a four year deal, which saw him become the team's all-time top scorer, having sent the ball into the back of the net 156 times in 180 apps.

Zlatan will try to prove he can still perform in a top-caliber club, following his disappointing performance in the ongoing UEFA Euro 2016. The Swedish striker will celebrate his 35th birthday in October, and fans will be expecting him to contribute to a struggling attack.

Zlatan's announcement was followed by all kinds of reactions. Here are some of the best.
