The former PSG superstar had revealed he would retire from his National Team once Sweden was eliminated from the UEFA Euro.

Following Sweden's exit from the UEFA Euro 2016, Zlatan Ibrahimovic took a moment to say goodbye to his fellow countrymen.

The 34-year-old striker had already announced his retirement from the Swedish National Team once the yellow-and-blue side was eliminated, something that happened yesterday after their loss against Belgium.

"Ibra", who owns the Scandinavian's all-time scoring record with 62 goals, left a message to all of his fans via Facebook, thanking them for their support after a 15-year spell as a Swedish international.

The player is yet to announce where he will continue playing, although some sources claim he will be joining Manchester United in the following weeks.
