After three brilliant performances from Wales' Gareth Bale, powerhouse Real Madrid is set to create a 'deal for life' for the Welsh man.

The 26-year-old striker's exceptional displays this summer in France has led his team to the knockout rounds of UEFA Euro 2016. Due to his stunning form, many clubs have upped their game to sign the player. However, Bale will be heading straight to the capital of Spain after his Euro campaign following the reports of the Spanish club preparing a ‘deal for life’ for the Welsh footballer.

Although Real Madrid has yet to confirm anything, Sportsmail understands the length of his contract could be up to seven years. This deal will also make La Liga striker one of the highest-paying players in the world.

Bale arrived in Spain in 2013 for a whopping £85 million fee, which made him the world's most expensive player. Since then he has made 81 appearances, netting 47 for Los Blancos.

Wales' ace has been in impressive form, scoring a goal in every match thus far in this top-flight tournament. The Red Dragons now patiently wait for their next rivals in the knockout stage.
