It seems like Zlatan Ibrahimovic is well on his way to reunite with former boss Jose Mourinho for the upcoming season.

English club Manchester United have agreed to the personal terms with Sweden’s talisman, as they are now currently in the process of making plans for Zlatan to undertake a medical in Manchester.

The medical is set to take place after Sweden's UEFA Euro 2016 campaign and will be the last obstacle before the former Barcelona and A.C Milan striker pens a one-year deal with the Red Devils.

Regardless of these talks in recent weeks between Zlatan’s agent Mino Raiola and Manchester United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward, the Sweden international did not have enough time to conduct his medical before the summer competition started. This has prompted the footballer to fly to England immediately after the top-flight Euro 2016 to sign the contract and undertake his medical tests.

According to Sky Sports News HQ, Manchester United are not concerned with any problems with the medical as long as Zlatan avoids getting injured while on international duty in France.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic obtained his 144th appearance for his national team on Monday and is set to face Group E opponents Italy on June 17.
