Payet has proven once again why he is the king of free-kicks in France’s national team squad ahead of the Euro 2016.

French international Dimitri Payet pulled a Payet once again by scoring a superb late free-kick against Cameroon in an international friendly played in France on Monday. The hosts were using this fixture as warm up as they stepped up their preparations to host the much-anticipated Euro 2016 from June 10 to July 10 at various stadiums across the European nation.

The West Ham United star has been the reason behind Les Blues’ recent high conversation rate when it comes to direct free-kicks. The Frenchmen have now scored three goals from direct free-kicks in their last three games. Before the 29-year-old, they had scored only three free-kicks from 152 games.
