Roma, AC Milan, and Inter are among the teams hoping to pick up a win on the final day of the 2015/2016 Serie A season. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options to catch Milan v. Roma & Sassuolo v. Inter on Saturday, May 14th.

Although the 2015/2016 Serie A season is now coming to a close, both AC Milan and Roma could still find themselves in a better position once the final whistle is blown. As such, the clash between the Rossoneri and the Giallorossi will be a "winners take all" scenario that for one side will determine if they finally end their long absence from Europe.

Milan-Roma

Currently in seventh place, and one point behind Sassuolo, Milan's objective on Saturday couldn't be any  clearer. The Rossoneri must win this fixture. If they don't, they will likely miss out on Europe for the third straight season. Although there is another chance via the Coppa Italia, they will be taking on reigning champions Juventus, a team that has only lost once in Serie A so far since the end of October.

However, should they lose - as many already have predicted - to the Bianconeri, Milan could still qualify for Europe. Again, of course, that's if they manage to finish in sixth place. Currently under the tutelage of Cristian Brocchi following Sinisa Mihajlovic's surprising sacking, the team has now hit a rough patch of form and yet has to fully recover.

By contrast, Roma, who also made a managerial change are still going strong. The Giallorossi have already booked their ticket in the Champions League for next season. However, they will have to navigate their way through a potentially tricky play-off before earning a spot in the group stages. Should they beat Milan on Saturday, they will be within touching distance of snatching second from Napoli - provided that, of course, debutants Frosinone somehow prevent the Partenopei from winning.

Will either Milan or Roma cap off this campaign with a win on Saturday?

Sassuolo-Inter

In 2013, no Sassuolo fan would have admitted in public he could envision the Neroverdi competing in the Europa League. The team went on to make their top flight debut later that year. Whilst they barely survived the drop, two seasons later, they now are in contention for a Europa League spot.

Eusebio Di Francesco's side have quickly built up a reputation as "giant killers". Throughout their three-year stay in Italian football's top flight, they have either managed to beat or frustrate sides like Milan, Inter, Roma, Napoli, and Juventus. In fact, until Hellas Verona's surprising upset, Sassuolo were the last team to have beaten the Bianconeri in Serie A this season.

Meanwhile, Inter have already secured their spot in Europe - but not in the competition their fans would have predicted earlier this season. At one point, the Nerazzurri were on top of the league table and had supporters thinking about the possibility of winning a first Scudetto since 2010. However, a mid-season stumble quickly became a total crash-and-burn. Roberto Mancini's side have never truly recovered and will ultimately finish this season in fourth place.

Inter's position will remain the same - regardless of whether they win, lose, or draw - and they will be missing quite a few key players due to injury and suspension. With Mauro Icardi and Samir Handanovic among those not available for selection, Mancini may opt to give some of the team's youngsters some game-time this Saturday.
