Leicester could win the league should Tottenham fail to win, but the Tinkerman will rather see his mother than watch the game.

He’s one of football’s most talked about managers; a coach dead center in one of the Premier League’s most remarkable seasons, starring down at a historic league win, yet Claudio Ranieri still knows that family is most important.

Speaking after the Sunday trip to Manchester United that ended 1-1, which in result halted Leicester City’s title celebrations, the Italian boss admitted that he would miss Monday’s crucial clash between Chelsea and Tottenham.

Spurs are second in the standings, and should Mauricio Pochettino’s boys fail to win at Stamford Bridge, the Foxes will officially seal the league crown. Nonetheless,  Ranieri revealed to the press that he won’t be watching the London derby.

Why? Because the 64-year-old will be heading to Rome to pay his mother a visit instead.
