The Frenchman proved he's still capable of moments of magic with his weekend golazo.

Whilst all the media hype this weekend was on El Clasico, with much focus on Karim Benzema’s beautiful goal and Cristiano’s late winner in the 2-1 victory over Barca, Franck Ribery easily scored the goal of the week in Germany.

Or possibly even a Goal of the Year contender.

The French superstar netted a wonderful bicycle kick goal to earn Pep Guardiola’s crew a slim 1-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt, as the Bundesliga giants moved closer to yet another league title.

Having been unable to replicate the form which saw Ribery named in the three-man shortlist for the 2013 Ballon d’Or prize, the 32-year-old showed he’s still capable of pulling of moments of magic.

In case you missed the goal, check it out in the video below.

Next up for die Roten is an Allianz Arena encounter with Benfica in the 1st leg of the Champions League quarter-final match-up.

The Eagles defense must be wary of Ribery replicating another wonder goal.
