Saturday's Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid could settle things for Los Blaugranas, if they are capable of defeating the Spanish capital giants.
According to Barcelona's coach Luis Enrique, the game between the two La Liga titans could make way for a second straight title in the domestic tournament, considering the only team close to catching them would be Atlético Madrid.
"It could mean a lot because there are fewer games left. It would mean handing their chances a huge blow, and it would also mean that Atlético would be the only one left to try and stop us from winning, but that's just wishful thinking. Let's hope we deserve to win tomorrow and then we'll see," the coach stated.
The Spanish tactician also referred to the MSN's fitness level. According to the former midfielder, these games have that extra element that drives players to excel, even if they're too tired to play after long hours on an airplane.
"I'm not worried about them being tired. These games are surrounded by a different kind of energy and that gets to them. For example, I just saw Leo Messi's face and he's going nuts over tomorrow's game. They want to win this one badly for what it means for us and considering the joy we would provide for our fans," Luis Enrique added.
