According to the Leicester boss, it is Wenger and the Gunners who should feel the pressure ahead of their weekend encounter.

On Sunday, surprise league leaders Leicester City will travel to London to lock horns with Arsenal, and though many are labeling the weekend clash as a game that could either solidify or break the Foxes’ title hopes, Claudio Ranieri insists he isn’t feeling the pressure.

Led by Vardy and Co., the table-toppers currently boast a five-point lead, which could turn into 7 points should they beat the Gunners and second-placed Tottenham tie with Man City.

However, the Italian boss has brushed aside the idea of his boys being under pressure ahead of their Arsenal trip, insisting that their next game at home to Norwich could in fact be a trickier test.

“I think it will be tougher in our next match against Norwich than Arsenal,” Ranieri stated in a press conference, as per the Daily Star.

“Tell me why I must feel pressure. We are just continuing a dream right now and we want to dream. Nobody wake us up please.

“The bookmakers are making us favourites. But that’s not pressure either. I hope they are right.

“We know very well that we need to make points in every match but we know we can lose against Arsenal.”

Leicester have been playing wonderful football recently, winning 3-1 away to Man City in their latest game, whilst Wenger’s crew have faltered in the title race, though the Gunners returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Bournemouth.

Wenger says he doesn't expect the fire to burn out in Leicester's title push

However, Ranieri must be wary, as the French manager boasts two key things: the league’s most influential midfielder – Mesut Ozil with 16 assists – and bragging rights of being the only manager to have beaten Leicester at the King Power Stadium this season.
