After quite an interesting weekend for both teams on and off the pitch, West Ham United and Liverpool face each other in an FA Cup replay, with their sights sets on the next round. The Hammers have shown some quality football under Croatian coach Slaven Bilic, while Liverpool is still trying to find their feet with Jürgen Klopp at the helm. The Reds have lacked the consistency needed to be a true title contender, but their form in Cup games has given their fans some thrills, including their Capital One Cup final spot.
West Ham was not able to bring any points back home from their visit to Southampton, while Liverpool dropped a two-goal lead against Sunderland in the game's final moments.

The Hammers are having a very respectable season under coach Bilic, who has convinced all the naysayers with solid performances by his men. Nevertheless, the team seems to have hit a road block in their recent games, winning only one out of their last five meetings, including two losses against two teams fighting to avoid relegation (Newcastle and Sunderland)
Liverpool
The last couple of weeks have been rather complicated for Liverpool, not being able to win in their most recent three games (two draws, one loss). Furthermore, Tuesday's matchup could have another element to diminish the Reds' intensity, as coach Jürgen Klopp underwent an appendicitis sugery, and his presence on the sidelines is quite doubtful.

These has been one of the toughest matches to predict in recent history. Out of their previous games, both teams have won three matches each, adding one draw to the mix last month. Right now, West Ham has a three-game unbeaten streak against the Reds, including a 3-0 bashing back in August of 2015.
