The Spanish striker has been quite an influence for The Blues since Guus Hiddink took over as Chelsea's manager.

Once again, Chelsea scratches a point at Stamford Bridge when time is running out.

Diego Costa took advantage of some sloppy defending during the final minutes to win a point for Chelsea against Manchester United. The Brazilian-born striker equalized as stoppage time had only just begun, keeping The Blues' hopes of a top ten finish alive, while handing Man United a big blow in their chances of making the top four sides this season.

Jesse Lingard had scored a wonderful go ahead goal for Louis Van Gaal's men, but the Red Devils were not able to handle the pressure Chelsea exercised as the game came to a close, leading to Costa's late goal. Minutes after leveling the game, Costa had one more chance to score, but De Gea saved the shot as time expired.

Costa's performances have been crucial for Chelsea during Guus Hiddink's stint as The Blues' coach. The striker has scored six goals and handed out two assists in seven games under the Dutch manager, surpassing his stats while being coached by José Mourinho in 21 games.

Here's how fans reacted to Costa's display today.
