With a crunch clash against fellow Scudetto rivals Napoli coming up next week, Juventus will be keen on getting maximum points against Serie A debutants in order to keep up the pressure on the Partenopei. Frosinone will be coming into this match having earned a morale-boosting 1-0 win in their last fixture against Bologna. It may not seem like much, but for a team hoping to avoid relegation, each and every single point will make the difference between survival in the top flight and a return to Serie B. Impressively, only one of these was during this year, whilst they have scored a total of 15 in their first six games of the second half of the season, which is equal to a bit over one-third of their total of 43 (which puts them second behind Napoli in terms of attack).
Although Allegri will be missing the services of several players, with Simone Zaza serving a ban, Martin Caceres out for the season, and both Sami Khedira and Mario Mandzukic still recovering from injuries, Juventus are by far the heavy favorites to depart with another three points in hand as they prepare for their showdown against Napoli next weekend.
