The Daily Mail report that the Blues have already identified the Belgian ace’s replacement.

With club legend John Terry in danger of ending his 21-year affiliation with Chelsea, the London giants could possibly see another integral figure of the Blues’ starting eleven walk out the door.

According to interim manager, Belgian superstar Eden Hazard could exit Stamford Bridge at the end of the current 2015-16 season, despite the departure of Jose Mourinho whom the former Lille ace had a turbulent relation with.

The 25-year-old had recently ended his long goal drought, scoring for the first time in 273 days during his side’s 5-1 win over MK Dons in the FA Cup; nonetheless, Hiddink admits that Hazard has struggled – with injuries in particular – this campaign.

"It’s not up to me – it’s up to the club," revealed Hiddink. "My advice to Eden is he could be a Chelsea great for years to come – but he could leave in the summer.

"He’s of big value to Chelsea – a very important player, a nice player. But he’s been struggling with injuries for a while now."

Transfer rumors have Eden Hazard linked with a move to join La Liga giants Real Madrid, speculation that can be traced back to Chelsea’s turbulent days in the weeks leading up to The Special One’s sacking.

Although it was initially thought that the Blues number 10 would put off the decision on his future with the London giants until a permanent manager was named, this could prove insignificant, as Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane has identified the Red Devils international has his number one transfer target.

Hazard’s exit will come as a huge blow; however, The Daily Mail report that Chelsea have already set the groundwork to replace Eden with La Liga superstar Antoine Griezmann.

The Frenchman has made a name as one of the league’s most formidable attackers since sealing his Atletico Madrid move, and could be pried away from Los Rojiblancos due to his £60m buy-out clause.
