The league leaders have been dominant at home this season and have won all of their last 15 matches in all competitions at the Allianz-Arena. They have however been dealt with a huge blow with defender Jerome Boateng set for a lengthy lay off on the sidelines.
Despite the former Man City man's delayed absence, Guardiola is confident that his side can cope with Boateng's loss.
"We will miss Boateng, but other players will fill the void," Guardiola said.
"We have [Medhi] Benatia, [David] Alaba, [Javi] Martinez, Rafinha, there are plenty of options. Martinez and Benatia have qualities that Boateng doesn't have. But of course, there are some worries.
"We did everything we could to prevent Jerome's injury, but that was impossible.
The Spaniard further praised his opponents on Sunday and remained ambitious of his team's chances of winning a treble by the end of the season.
"Hoffenheim are a team that always create a lot of chances. Our tactic depends on the players I have available. I wouldn't say there's some sort of tactical revolution coming up.
"It is hard to win the treble, but the players have been doing great so far."
Bayern will be in a buoyant mood as they prepare to square off against Hoffenheim with the Bavarians having not suffered defeat in their last 15 league outings against their opponents on Sunday.
Bayern will also have to do without midfielder Mario Gotze whereas Franck Ribery is also a doubt for the match.
Hoffenheim will have a momentous task at hand but will take confidence from their 1-1 draw against Bayer Leverkusen last time out.
