Luis Suarez is the deadliest striker in Europe's top five leagues, according to the latest statistics.

When Luis Suarez scored a goal for Barcelona against Athletic Bilbao in their Copa del Rey fixture on Wednesday night, he may not have been aware that the most recent statistics rank him higher than his team mate Lionel Messi and Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
