Jose Mourinho's sacking may not be the only consequence Chelsea's disappointing season may have by the end of the year, as several sources claim there are a number of players ready to jump ship in order to play Champions League football next season.
Oscar, Diego Costa, Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard are among those linked to a move away from Stamford Bridge, considering there are a number of potential destinations for each and everyone of them.
While the Brazilian midfielder has been linked to Juventus, Diego Costa seems headed back to Spain, where he would join Atletico. Meanwhile, Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois are being tempted by Real Madrid, although the transfer ban set by FIFA could keep them with the Blues for one more season.
