Judging from his reaction to Chelsea's 2-2 draw with West Brom, it seems Diego Costa needs urgent anger management classes.

Chelsea forward Diego Costa was not a happy man after the 2-2 draw at home against West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League.

The former Atletico Madrid man allegedly punched a hole in the tunnel on his way to the dressing room, according to the Daily Mirror. In the thrilling but rather dramatic encounter, the hot-tempered Spaniard nearly got himself into a fight with Baggies goalkeeper Boaz Myhill at the final whistle. He was also involved in a heated argument with defender Jonas Olsson and tried to convince the referee to show Claudio Yacob the red card for tripping him.

Chelsea interim boss Guus Hiddink confirmed the incident, but did not blame the bullish forward. Costa was handed a yellow card for a dangerous tackle on Craig Gardner in the dying minutes of the game.

Speaking about the incident, Hiddink said:

"How close to the line was he (Costa)? I think there was little space left.’’

"But no, they were challenging each other. The defenders, and that's their right, were provoking him a little bit, but in a mutual way. Those clashes are normal. I didn't see any bad things.’’

He also confirmed that indeed, the 27-year-old punched a wall in the tunnel after the match:

"A hole in the tunnel wall? We can repair that easily, it's not a problem.’’

He added:

"He's an emotional guy and I like that very much. If you have to push players it's difficult to survive in the Premier League, but if you have to control them it's much better."
