The Spanish boss will leave Bayern Munich when the current season comes to a close, as Man United, Chelsea and Man City fight for his services.

Even if a number of sources have indicated Pep Guardiola has already penned a deal with a Premier League team, the former Barcelona manager hinted he could take a sabatical next season if things don't add up for him to join a top tier side.

Speaking in a press conference on Wednesday, Bayern Munich's boss revealed that despite all informations stating otherwise, his arrival to coach a Premier League team could be at risk.

"When I sign a contract I will announce it immediately. Maybe it will be two years until I will coach a team in England. I am very happy about my experience in Munich, I'm working until my last second here, after that I will go home and wait to see if it is possible to move to England or not. If it's not, then I won't," Guardiola said.

The Spanish manager has led Bayern to two straight Bundesliga titles.

With some managers like Louis Van Gaal and Manuel Pellegrini currently under fire, Guardiola felt the need to apologize for his comments back in December, since he believes to have provoked a number of comments about their future that could have been spared.

"I am sorry. Normally, in my career as a trainer, as a player, I respect a lot my colleagues, so I am sorry. It wasn't my intention,"the coach concluded.
