Los Tuzos presented each and everyone of their new players based on the Star Wars characters, but an American international stole the headlines with his costume.

A Mexican team was seduced by the Dark Side of the Force when they decided to unveil one of their new players.

Liga MX side Pachuca decided to take advantage of the Star Wars frenzy around the world to reveal their seven signings, but a former L.A. Galaxy center back went a little over the top when choosing his outfit.

Team president Jesús Martínez introduced his new player, who entered the press room wearing a Darth Vader outfit, while the speakers played the "Imperial March", just like in a movie theater. Escorted by a stormtrooper and a wookie, the player finally revealed his identity to all those in attendance.

The player turned out to be Omar González, one of the USMNT regulars and 3-time MLS Cup champion with Los Angeles Galaxy.

Pachuca is one of the most successful sides in the Mexican top flight recently. Los Tuzos (The Moles) have won five championships in the last 16 years, and claim to be the oldest team in Mexican football. Their current coach is former Valencia and Atletico Madrid striker Diego Alonso.
