A brace from Luis Suarez and a goal from Lionel Messi helped the Spanish giants lift the coveted trophy for the third time. Messi opened the scoring at the 33rd minute and then Suarez added the second shortly after the break. With 20 minutes remaining, the Uruguay international headed home a swift header from Neymar’s cross to guarantee the European champions an important win. This is their fifth major trophy of 2015 and they are looking to continue with their impressive form both in the Champions League, La Liga and Copa Del Rey after returning from Japan.

Messi, who had been ruled out of the semi-final clash against Guangzhou Evergrande due to injury, was named in the starting lineup for Barca just 90 minutes before kickoff.
On the other hand, Suarez has now scored 17 goals for Barca in 11 games. This means Barca have scored 176 goals this year alone, thus breaking their previous record of 175 in 2012.

Madridistas mocking Barcelona for winning 5 trophies & not 6 in 2015 when their club haven't won more than 4 in a year in their history.
