The Brazilian born striker put to good use a pass by Cesc Fabregas to give Jose Mourinho some room to breathe after the worst start by an EPL defending champion.

It took Chelsea three games and an International break to find their winning boots, but they finally pulled it through against Norwich City. Diego Costa's right-footed striker was enough to make the Blues win after losing against West Ham, Liverpool and Stoke.

José Mourinho's side seemed to dominate most of the game's actions, including a number of opportunities wasted by Costa, Pedro and Willian. Four minutes after the first hour of playing time, Fabregas took a free kick quickly, surprising Norwich's defense, Diego Costa entered the visitor's box, dribbled past a defender and placed his shot into the lower left-hand corner. Although the Blues tried to build up upon that goal, they were unable to strike the net once more, clinging to the one-goal lead in the final minutes of the game.

After a number of rumors surrounding his future, coach José Mourinho gave fans and haters something to talk about. Here are some of their best comments about Chelsea's one-goal win.
