French Football Federation revealed that Les Bleus will still make the trip to Wembley.

Talks suggested that Tuesday’s friendly between England and France could be cancelled after the terrorist attack in Paris that killed at least 128 people in the capital.

A suicide bombing occurred outside Stade de France in Les Bleus’ 2-0 defeat to Germany on Friday, which left three dead, leading to a state of emergency, with Francois Hollande announcing three days of national mourning in the wake of the devastation.

However, the French Football Federation has announced that plans to travel to Wembley for Tuesday’s game will go ahead despite the terrorist attack, as revealed by the English FA.

According to the Football Association, FFF president Noel Le Graet made it clear their intentions to continue with the game.

"During the conversation the Federation Francaise de Football (FFF) made it clear that they still wish to play against us on Tuesday night at Wembley Stadium," read a statement by the FA.

"In solidarity with the FFF, we fully respect and support this decision for the fixture to go ahead.

"Furthermore, we have liaised extensively with, and taken advice from Government and the relevant authorities, who are also in support of the decision to fulfil the fixture.”

The FA also revealed that they are taking measures to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the attacks.

"Along with the FFF, we will discuss how to appropriately mark the tragic incidents at Tuesday's fixture."

Reaction on Twitter to the news was mixed, with many questioning whether the decision to carry on with the game is the right one.

Despite this decision, a under-20s match between the two nations due on Saturday was postponed.
