The Spanish defender came down with the same shoulder injury that kept him away for a few weeks after scoring against Sevilla, as his options to play against Barcelona are slim.

Real Madrid's doctors can't seem to be handed a break, since they will have to treat Sergio Ramos' shoulder one more time.

Following his injury against Shakhtar Donetsk in September, Ramos' shoulder hasn't recovered properly, and just during this Sunday's matchup against Sevilla, the Andalucian defender had to be subbed off the pitch moments after scoring one of the best goals this season.

Today, the player was left out of the Spanish squad that will face England and Belgium, with his place being taken by Real Madrid team-mate Nacho.

Ramos, while executing his bicycle kick that ended in the back of the net. Apparently, his arm was not placed correctly while falling down, causing a relapse of his former injury.

Reports from Spain state that the player has been ruled out "indefinitely" by the team's doctors, while some sources add that the only option for Ramos would be a surgery. If that's the case, Ramos would miss El Clasico on November 21, since it would take him at least six weeks to recover from such a surgery.
