The incident happened during halftime by the dressing rooms. The team has been also charged for failing to control their players.

If the fact that Jose Mourinho keeps getting more and more sanctions is a sign that we are close to the end of the world, then we are very close. The Special One is making headlines again but not because of what his team did on the field, but what he did outside of it and made him have to watch the second half from the stands.

Chelsea lost to West Ham 2-1, and while that was their fifth loss of the season, the problem is who can stop Mourinho from getting fined. He is currently trying to appeal a £50,000 fine and suspended one-match stadium ban for his comments on the job of a match official in the 1-3 loss against Southampton.

Now he has more problems to deal with. His team is in 15th place after 10 games already played in the Premier League. This is their worst start in around 40 years and while Chelsea's owner has already backed him up, there could be signs that patience could soon run away if the fines keep piling up.

This may be sad but true

"José Mourinho has been charged with misconduct in relation to his language and/or behaviour towards the match officials in or around the dressing room area at half-time,” a statement by the FA read.

Right at the end of the first half, all hell broke loose and there was a heated arguement between players from both sides. That initially resulted in Nemanja Matic being sent off with his second booking of the day. Things did not get better after that when Silvino Louro, one of Mourinho's assistants was also sent off.

"Chelsea coach Silvino Louro has also been charged with misconduct in relation to his behaviour which led to his 45th minute dismissal from the technical area,” the FA statement added.

Since there were also some West Ham players heavily involved in the fight, the FA is also taking action against the home side. Both teams are being charged for failing to control their players. They both have until this Thursday, October 29 by 6 pm to respond against the charges made by the FA against the teams.
