In modern day football where players profit off of their image, whacky haircuts and hair styles are a common trend. For those who may disagree, just take a look at Mario Balotelli, Rodrigo Palacio, the Bacary Sagna of yesteryears, etc.
The list goes on and on.
Now they will be joined by a new member; Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri, who ahead of their Champions League clash on Wednesday, was seen sporting a new hair style.
The Frenchman, who joined the Citizens back in 2011, posted a pic of his new haircut on his official Instagram page. What is shocking about his new look is not the cut, but rather the color of his new hair.
A mash between grey and silver is the retired Les Blues player’s new look. Check it out below.
Manuel Pellegrini’s men will host Sevila in round three of their Champions League campaign, as the English Premier League giants go in search of their first European home win this season.
However, Man City will have to do without the 28-year-old ace, as Nasri has not yet recovered from a hamstring injury that he picked up in Saturday’s 5-1 win over Bournemouth, which the manager confirmed.
“Nasri had a problem with his hamstring,” said the Chilean tactician.
“I don't know [if he will be available for Wednesday] because I haven't talked with the doctor yet, but I think it will be very difficult for him.”
Luckily for City, they have last weekend’s hat-trick hero Raheem Sterling and Kevin de Bruyne ready to go.
