Despite insisting that he would not leave the Blues unless fired, The Special One pulled a 360 in a crisis meeting.

After Chelsea’s embarrassing 3-1 home defeat to Southampton on Saturday, Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho revealed that he is committed to the club and will not quit on the Blues, unless sacked by Roman Abramovic.

"If the club wants to sack me they have to sack me because I am not running away," stated Mourinho in his infamous seven-minute long rant.

"It is a crucial moment in the history of this club because if they sack me they sack the best manager this club has ever had. The message is that the results are the fault of the manager.

"This is a moment for everybody to assume their responsibilities and stick together."

However, it is now revealed that The Special could walk away from Stamford Bridge, amid the club’s current turmoil, but only under one condition: if the dressing room turns against him.

The reigning English Premier League champions, after witnessing the weekend defeat at the hands of the Saints, held a late night crisis meeting to discuss the club’s current turmoil in which the home fans booed the team and their manager.

Here is where Mourinho revealed that he would walk away from the club should his players lose faith in him, saying:

“Go straight to the players. If they tell you they don’t trust me, that is the only thing that can make me resign. The only thing.”

It is also believed that Jose had a heated exchange of words with captain John Terry and under-fire full back Branislav Ivanovic, though they have allegedly resolved the matter.
