The Blaugrana ace is having fun with his new top-notch vehicle, but knows it will be back to business in Saturday’s trip to the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán.

Despite their disappointing performance, and the hostile atmosphere from the home fans, according to Neymar, the Selecao ace was in a celebratory mood after Tuesday’s 2-1 Champions League win over Bayer Leverkusen.

Without the injured Lionel Messi, the Blaugrana risked losing to the German side at Camp Nou, but earned a hard-fought comeback victory to ensure their first three points of the new European campaign.

Three days after the win and the Selecao superstar was back to his bubbly self, posing on top of his new £200,000 Ferrari 458 Spider, a prize that came courtesy of last season’s treble and the huge prize money from the Catalan giants’ Champions League success.

However, it will be back to business for the injury-ravaged Barcelona when they travel to the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán to lock horns with Sevilla in the Spanish Primera Division, this Saturday.

Only 14 first-team players remain at Luis Enrique’s disposal, with their injury crisis forcing the Asturian boss to call up six Barcelona B players. However, it is the absence of La Pulga that most deeply affects their squad.

Lionel Messi, Barcelona, Las Palmas, La Liga

With the four-time Ballon d’Or winner facing 7 weeks on the sidelines, Barcelona will have to heavily rely on Neymar and Suarez for goals, with the help of the inexperienced, though promising Munir El Haddadi and Sergi Roberto.

Barca will need Neymar and Suarez firing at all cylinders in Messi's absence

Neymar will make his 100th appearance for Barca in Saturday’s La Liga affair, and despite failing to score in the Champions League so far, he has registered three goals in five games in the Liga BBVA, a rather impressive number.

However, it is his record against Sevilla that fails to flatter. Since arriving at Camp Nou back in 2013, the former Santos man has only managed a single goal against Los Hispalenses. The 23-year-old, however, is the only active Blaugrana player to have scored past Sevilla in their last eight visits to the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán.

His last two games have produced no goals, and the Brazilian is yet to register a single assist. Neymar has a staggering 28 goals to his name, second behind Messi (41) and level with Suarez, but with the Uruguayan scoring three in Barca’s last two outings, the club will need Neymar to also raise his game.
