Arsenal was shocked by Dinamo Zagreb in the opening game. The Gunners won their last Premier League game 5-2 over Leicester.

Arsenal is not planning on holding back against Olympiacos and they are determined to leave the Emirates Stadium with a win when they face Olympiacos on Tuesday in the second game of the UEFA Champions League. Arsene Wenger believes his team could be in deep trouble if that is not the outcome of the game.

The Gunners thought they would have an easy road win against Dinamo Zagreb in the opening game of the group stage. At the end of the game, the Croatian side won 2-1. Now they are the leaders of Group F along with Bayern Munich.

There is no room for error against Olympiacos

Arsene Wenger is confident that the team learned from their mistakes and that has helped them two of the three games following that shocking defeat. Only Chelsea was able to beat them 2-0. The Gunners are coming off a 5-2 victory over Leicester.

"We want to do well in the Champions League and when you’re a big club you have to face that and deal with it," Wenger said. "Olympiacos dominates their league, they are a team with a big advantage."

The manager has also called on his players to believe in themselves. He believes that the team must know they are capable of reaching big goals in order to win this game and the ones to come.

The words of Wenger resonated in Chamberlain's mind

"Self-belief is obviously a massive part of the game. I might need to start showing that I believe in myself a bit more around," Oxlade-Chamberlain said.

"When I think about Arsenal I think he’s a massive vocal part of our team, and he proves that week after week and in training as well." Chamberlain said about Coquelin.

There is hope for better days in Arsenal

Someone that may have also gained a lot of self-belief over the weekend is Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean striker was responsible for three of the five goals his team scored over the weekend. That ended a drought that took seven games to stop.

After this game, the London-based team must face Bayern Munich twice. Therefore, the importance of winning their first three points of the competition before things get ugly against Olympiacos.
