Everton has lost its last three Premier League games against Tottenham. Harry Kane has not scored a goal so far this season.

Three games into the season and Tottenham has yet to win a game. Everton may have seemed like an easy opponent for them last season but this season by the way things are, we can predict that the Hotspurs will struggle in order to find a win.

Tottenham Team News

Tottenham's best man last season was Harry Kane. The 22-year old English striker is yet to find the back of the net this season. In three games, three different players have scored the team's three goals but Kane is not on that list. Mauricio Pochetinno doesn't seem concerned as he knows thta this is just part of football.

The team is currently in 16th place in the Premier League Standings. Having lost against Manchester United in their opening game is a big part of what has them among the worst five teams at the beginning of the season. It was back in 2008-2009 when Tottenham started its season without a win in their first four games.

Andros Townsend is back to being available for Mauricio Pochettino's orders. Meanwhile Heung-min Son is still struggling with his paperwork so he won't be able to play in this game. Christian Eriksen will also be absent but for him, the problem is a knee injury which will have him sidelined.

The team has only managed to keep a clean sheet once in their last ten games at home. They have not kept a clean sheet at all this season. They only have two out of nine possible points and a goal difference of -1. In the Pochettino era, their winning percentage at home is only 50%.

Everton Team News

Everton beat Barnsley 5-3 during the week but despite the win, the team did not look good and those three goals against them raise concerns for the team and their fans as they resume league action. The team has won two of their last three games which is the same amount of wins Roberto Martinez has against Tottenham in 12 matches. On the bright side, they have only lost one of their last five games on the road.

The only doubt that Martinez has for this game at White Hart Lane is if defender Brendan Galloway will be made available. Besides that, he already knows that prospective signings Funes Mori and Leando Rodriguez won't be transferred in time for this match.

Head-to-Head

Tottenham has won its last three Premier League games against Everton while they haven't lost any of their last six games a home. If they want to win this time, they will have to beat Tim Howard. The American goalkeeper has already made 16 saves this season. Everton is currently in seventh place in the standings. Last time they met in the Premier League, Tottenham won 1-0 with a goal from Harry Kane on the road.
