Rangers will host Hibernian at the Ibrox Stadium on Sunday, the 23rd of August in the Scottish Championship. Check the live TV and online streaming broadcast listings for Rangers vs Hibernian below.

Newly appointed manager Mark Warburton will be hoping to guide the club back to the Scottish Premier League as Rangers prepare for their third match of the league campaign. The former Brentford manager was keen on adding Celtic new boy Scott Allan to his ranks but insists that he is only interested in players who wish to play for the club.

"We only want players here who want to play for Rangers,” said Warburton.

"I wish any player well, but right now my only focus is making sure we secure those players with that mind-set, who want to be here.

"He is not my player and it's not for me to talk about it."

Rangers however have been making progress in the transfer window and completed the signings of defenders Danny Wilson and Rob Kiernan. Wilson who is making a return to the club activated a clause in his contract which allowed him to become a free agent a year before his contract actually expired. The 23 year old will now be hoping his experience can help guide Rangers back to the Premiership in a similar fashion his former club Hearts earned their way back to the top.

"I wasn’t really sure what I was going to do when I was leaving Hearts so when I got the call I was interested straight away, having been here before," Wilson told the club's official website.

"I think if I look at myself now compared to as an 18-year-old I’m a much better professional and I have a lot more experience of just life in general."

Kieman on the other hand is delighted with the move and is keen to reunite with Mark Warburton.

"I'm over the moon to be honest. I'm so glad it's been done now and I can concentrate on going forward," he added.

Meanwhile there has been growing speculation that Arsenal wonder kid Gedion Zelalem is set to join the club on a season long loan in what will be an incredible capture for the club.

Rangers have been on a good run in recent games having won all of their last five matches. The last time the two sides met, the Glasgow based club thrashed their opponents 6-2 and will be looking for a similar outcome this time around.

Hibernian come into this match in decent form as well and will be looking to put up a good showing.
