The Arsenal boss has shown support for the Chelsea doctor after being slated and demoted by Jose due to an incident involving Hazard.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has become the latest figure in world football show support for Eva Carneiro, speaking up against Jose Mourinho for his public rant and demotion of the Chelsea doctor.

The Special One blasted his medical team for being “impulsive” and “naïve” after rushing onto the pitch to treat Hazard in the dying minutes of their English Premier League opener, reducing a 10-men Chelsea to 9 players, despite being summoned to the pitch by the referee.

Carneiro was singled out, and as a result, was demoted from her position as first-team doctor and was banned, meaning the popular figure will no longer travel with the first-team during match days.

This led to a backlash against the Portuguese manager, and now Le Prof let out his disapproval of Mourinho’s decision, labeling it as disloyalty in the beautiful game.

Speaking to reporters, the Frenchman said: "Football is difficult enough without unity.. (But) I have not a great interest in what is going on at Chelsea. It is the ref who makes decision.

"You speak about the Chelsea story. You know I am not too interested in what is happening at Chelsea."

"The rules are clear when referee gives indication to come on. He makes decision."

One could simply portray this as a dig at Jose, however, a manager whom Arsene has shared several run-ins with.
