While he has been linked with MLS clubs, his future could be closer to Bayern Munich. He won four titles this season with PSG.

The end of Zlatan Ibrahimovic's careers gets closer day by day, but he is not ready  to hang the cleats just yet. The 33-year-old Swedish striker does not even plan to retire playing for Paris Saint-Germain. His intentions are to take off to Germany and play with Bayern Munich.

Meanwhile, he's doing fine in Paris

"If I went to Germany, I'd have to play for Bayern. They're one of the five best teams in the world," Zlatan said. "It's certainly a league that fascinates me. Maybe one day I could play there, I still have time."

Bayern just repeated as the Bundesliga champion this year with Pep Guardiola in charge. The team fell short in their attempt to reach the Champions League final when they faced Barcelona in the semi-final. The team was hurt by having many of its starters injured towards the end of the season, so instead of a treble, they only won one title.

There is just one problem with that wish

The only thing that may be stopping Zlatan from joining the German side is that he has already worked with Guardiola. The relationship between these two was not too pleasant during the season they worked together. They could hardly see each other in the eye and the Swedish player decided to leave as soon as possible.

Zlatan started his career in Sweden with Malmo. Since then, he has also played with Ajax, Inter Milan, Juventus, Barcelona, AC Milan and in PSG since 2012. He has played over 100 games with Sweden and lost in a playoff game for the 2014 World Cup against Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal.

There might be another giant interested in him

Zlatan is currently under a four-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain. The contract expires next summer and then he could be off to any team he wants and make one final stop in his career before retiring. Bayern Munich could start to look into the possibility of reeling Zlatan to their team by then.
