Two of Europe's most desired strikers will be playing for the Italian giants next season, hoping to bring back the good old days for the 'rossoneri'.

AC Milan wants to go back to those days when they were one of the most feared sides in European football. To do that, the rossoneri have agreed to revamp their frontline with a couple of big name signings that made an impact during the recently concluded season. Colombian Carlos Bacca and Brazilian striker Luiz Adriano have committed to the team, and the club expects an immediate impact from both players.

The Italian club revealed that, pending a medical, Bacca will be joining the team after paying his 30 million buyout clause to Sevilla. Bacca, who also played for Belgian Club Brugge, won two consecutive Europa League titles with Los Sevillanos, and managed to score 49 goals in 108 games for the Spanish side. Recently, Bacca was part of Colombia's squad eliminated from the 2015 Copa América, where he failed to score a single goal.

Sevilla revealed the deal to their fans via their Twitter feed.

"Sevilla FC and AC Milan have reached an agreement for the transfer of Carlos Bacca"

Earlier today, club officers revealed that former Shakhtar Donetsk striker Luiz Adriano was holding a meeting with Adriano Galliani and his agent at Casa Milan. After a few hours, the club revealed the player will be joining the red-and-black side after signing a contract for the next five years.

Both players will join the team under recently appointed coach Sinisa Mihajlovic, who will try to return the team to European competition after finishing 10th in the Serie A last season.
