The Guaraní shot-stopper was key during his team's previous Copa América win over Brazil, where he managed to keep a clean sheet even after a penalty shootout.

If they did it once, they will surely try to do it again. In the previous Copa América edition, Brazil set a milestone for the most penalties missed in a shootout against Paraguay, with goalkeeper Justo Villar playing a key role in that game. Elano, Thiago Silva, André Santos and Fred were not able to score against the Paraguayan shot-stopper, and with that on his mind, he will try to earn another clean sheet against the Brazilian squad.

Villar, one of this tournament's finest goalkeepers, shared his thoughts about the showdown with the Seleçao's strikers, and even though he wishes not to suffer as much as they did last time, he will try his best to deny all of Brazil's efforts to damage his net.

"We had a very regular group stage, we won one match and drew two, now we will be facing a top opponent and we have to see how it goes. What happened four years ago is history. Tomorrow's game is something new, with different circumstances. I would love to repeat it, but it's better for us not to think about that game and focus on what will happen once we are on the pitch."

Paraguay has not lost against Brazil in their most recent matches, drawing both games. Their latest showdown against the Verdeamarelha side happened in 2011.
