In fact, this little thought will manifest into reality, with the three-time Ballon d’Or winner revealing via his official Twitter account that a film about him is being produced.

Having initially announced that he had “exciting” news to share with the world the previous day, the former Manchester United winger dropped the news much to the delight of his legions of supporters.

His movie was even handed a Twitter account, named @RonaldoFilm, earning over 1500 followers in 10 minutes.

As stated in the bio, the movie will in fact be “a powerful documentary following a year in the life of the world’s best footballer.”

The documentary will follow the life of the Portuguese captain for twelve months and is due to be released in Autumn of 2015.
