Paris Saint Germain still believes in Angel Di Maria, and it seems that Manchester United would not be sad to let him go. According to various sources, "El Fideo" could be included in a swap deal between the two clubs, which would end up with the Argentinean signing with Les Parisiens, while the French champion gives cash and Gregory Van der Wiel to the English side.
The signing of a right back for Manchester United has been deemed as one of Van Gaal's priorities this offseason, and Van der Wiel's arrival could solve that problem for the Dutch manager.

Di Maria's first season has been rather disappointing with Old Trafford's club, even losing his place in the team's Starting XI due to his lack of consistency. Added to his problems on the pitch, Di Maria had burglars breaking into his home, which forced his family to move to a hotel out of fear to remain there. The former Real Madrid player joined the Red Devils last summer for a record fee of 60 million pounds, and his future seems uncertain with the club, although Van Gaal has claimed he still considers the Argentinean a key player.
