The English striker has refused to sign a contract extension with Liverpool which would guarantee him a 100,000 pound salary per week.

Raheem Sterling may very well be thinking about a possible move next summer. According to sources, the English striker will put his Merseyside house on the market, while he looks for another home in the London area. Sterling has refused to extend his contract with Liverpool all semester long, which has sparked rumors of a possible transfer to Arsenal or Chelsea by the end of the season.

The 20-year old has been followed by the Gunners and the Blues for quite some time now, and even though he has only managed to score seven goals in 34 games, his form suggests he could be ready to join another European giant.

Other sources indicate that the player wil surely be leaving the team after the Reds failed to secure Champions League football next season, and Sterling had postponed his contract extension until the team's future was sorted out.

Although neither the team nor the player have spoken about the matter, fans are starting to voice their opinions about the English youngster moving out of Anfield.
