Although Cristiano Ronaldo is rather effective when it comes to scoring penalty kicks, Real Madrid's superstar seems to have been exposed by his latest opponents. The Portuguese striker, who currently leads La Liga with 41 goals, missed his second consecutive penalty, this time being denied by Diego Alves.
Ronaldo missed another shot from the spot against Malaga a few weeks ago, with tje only difference being that CR7 hit the post last time, and Alves was able to guess correctly where Ronaldo intended to shoot the ball. This was the first half's last play, with Valencia leading 2-0 after 45 minutes.
