The French striker returned to practice on Sunday. Bale had his first minutes back on the pitch against Sevilla.

The BBC trio will have to wait another game to be back together as Karim Benzema has stayed at home while his teammates including Gareth Bale made the trip to Turin. Carlo Ancelotti considered it was an unnecessary risk to take Benzema to Italy after he had just completed his first training session with the team on Sunday.

Benzema twisted his knee in the first leg of the Quarter-Finals against Atletico Madrid and has missed four games since then. Madrid has been able to win all of their games despite his absence. The French striker had scored six goals in eight games this Champions League season.

Who is now ready to at least start the game is Gareth Bale. The Welshman returned from injury in the game against Sevilla coming in the final minutes of the match for Javier Hernandez. He had missed three games watching from the sidelines. Ancelotti now plans to use Bale from the start when they face Juventus in Turin.

Chicharito and Isco had been regular starters while Bale was out. It is said that any of those two players will have to give the Welshman his starting position back. With Sergio Ramos expected to be back in the midfield, it all depends on the formation the Italian manager uses to see who will sacrifice himself for Bale's return.

The team will have its final practice ahead of the game on Monday afternoon in Turin. 20 players have traveled to Italy but only 18 can make the final cut for Tuesday's game against Juventus.
