All hail the Blues! Jose Mourinho's men are officially the 2014/15 English Premier League title champions.

The race is all over. Manchester City have been dethroned ahead of their game away to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday afternoon. The hosts were expected to wrap up the EPL trophy at Stamford Bridge and they did just that. The home crowd had to wait until the last moments of the first period to celebrate the first goal of the game.

Eden Hazard opened the scoring from the spot after being brought down in the area. His nerves almost got the better of him as Crystal Palace's goalkeeper punched the initial shot. However, the Belgian playmaker scored on the rebound with a powerful header.

That was his 14th goal in the league, ranking him aside Arsenal strikers Olivier Giroud and Alexis Sanchez.

That goal was enough to seal all three points for the hosts.

Chelsea have lost only twice in the Premier League this season and thrice in all competitions. Remarkably, they are unbeaten since their shocking loss to FC Bradford which knocked them out of the FA Cup. The Blues' record, since then, reads six draws and 11 wins.
