The Spanish Football Federation may not allow Los Merengues to sign players this summer. Van Gaal wants some of Madrid's stars for a reasonable prize.

When the summer transfer window opens it will be interesting to see to see how Manchester United and Real Madrid work things out. Both giants are supposed to go into a merry go round of negotiations with players from both teams.

Javier Hernandez belongs to Manchester United and the loan that has him playing for Madrid will expire as soon as their season is over. Louis van Gaal recently declared that he has no interest in the Mexican striker. Carlo Ancelotti little time left to decided if he keeps him or allows other teams to try and get him.

Ancelotti is pleased with how Chicharito has responded to his opportunitiesAncelotti has praised CH14's professionalismFabio Coentrao is getting the minutes he lacked all season in the very end of it due to the several injuries and suspensions in the roster managed by Ancelotti. The Portuguese player has expressed that he is willing to go to Manchester if the offer is right.

Coentrao seems eager to make his move

Someone that could go in the opposite direction is the Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea. Iker Casillas’ teammate with Spain could be the one showing him the way out of Madrid. At this point, none of their contracts expire this season.

In 2010 Casillas claimed that if someone could make him retire it would be De GeaCasillas and De Gea are friends in the Spanish National teamAngel di Maria joined the Red Devils this season and has not found the success he wanted in Manchester. Now, the Argentinian who cost the Premier League  £59.7million aims to return where he was prior to the World Cup.

Either Cristiano Ronaldo or Gareth Bale could leave Los Merengues to make this negotiation happen. The English side would like some money back while the Spanish side knows how much their players are worth.

The Welshman already seems to have a price tag attached to him

There are two reasons the negotiations mentioned could be shut down. The first one would rely on the players and their agents’ preferences while the second one depends on if the Spanish Federation sanctions Real Madrid for signing under age players.
