The manager sees more solutions than problems with the squad available for Wednesday's game. Madrid's players trust the leadership skills of Ancelotti.

The last person to lose faith in what Real Madrid is capable of doing this season is the manager Carlo Ancelotti. The Italian tactician believes that despite the many problems in his roster due to injuries, the rest of the players can get the job done.

No Gareth Bale, no Karim Benzema, no Marcelo, no Luca Modric and no Fabio Coentrao means no problem for Ancelotti. He is not planning on making excuses for what he doesn't have, instead he is planning on making the best out of what he has available for Wednesday's game.

"There are no problems at Real Madrid," Carletto told his players before practice. "There are only solutions, and every single one of them I see here is a great one".

Ancelotti is confident of what he can do with his team

Madrid approaches the second leg of the UEFA Champions League "quarter-final" with a somewhat comfortable score. A tie with no gals would send the game to overtime and then penalties. They only need to win by one goal in order to move on to the next round.

Los Merengues were slightly superior in the first leg against Atletico at the Vicente Calderon. Jan Oblak was crucial to keep a clean sheet in his net after Madrid tried to penetrate it in any way possible. Now, despite losing key players, Ancelotti still feels superior to Diego Simeone's side.

"We're the best squad in the world and our club's badge reminds us of this every day we train together," Madrid's manager claimed.

The players recognize how important their fans are for motivation

Los Merengues have not been able to beat Atletico since last summer in the UCL final. Last time they played at the Santiago Bernabeu in La Liga, Atletico won 2-1 with a late winner from Arda Turan. After that loss, Los Merengues would start an undefeated run that lasted until the end of the year.
