Wolfsburg have a hectic schedule ahead and are set to face Italian side Napoli in the first of their five matches to be played within a span of 14 days. However manager Dieter Hecking has claimed that their counterparts on Thursday have no weaknesses and that they will be different kind of opponents than Inter Milan.
"I have no idea how we will look to exploit them, I saw no weaknesses," he told a pre-match press conference.
"We must try to put our quality into both our defending and attacking play if we are to win."
"Even with Inter it was an even match, it was not easy. In Serie A Napoli are a number of positions above and overall are superior to Inter," he added.
"We know a lot about Napoli, and we know that we have to rely mainly on imposing our style of play."
Defender Naldo has also spoken of the qualities of former Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain, who he reckons will pose a lot of problems.
"He's a great striker, that is undeniable and we have to be careful, but Napoli are strong collectively," the Brazilian insisted.
"We have to defend well as a team and we will have to play well for the entire 90 minutes."
Wolfsburg will be hoping to continue their impressive form having lost just once in 23 matches in all competitions. Their home form is even more formidable with the Wolves having recorded nine consecutive wins at the Volkswagen Arena.
Opposing manager Rafael Benitez will be celebrating his 55th birthday on Thursday and there is a good chance that celebrations will be put to halt owing to his side's disastrous results away from home. Napoli have failed to record a victory in any of their last five away games, having scored just a single goal in the process. However their last performance against Fiorentina would have given them hoards of confidence after the home side recorded a comfortable 3-0 victory.
