America and Cruz Azul will face each other desperate to win, while Atlas and Chivas will determine who 'owns' the historic Estadio Jalisco.

Liga MX will resume its tournament after the International break, and there's no better way for them to continue the Clausura 2015 action than giving fans two of the most intense rivalries in Mexican football. Current title holders Club America will host Cruz Azul, with both teams trying to overcome some recent difficulties on Saturday. Later in the day, Atlas and Chivas will take center stage in order to find out once and for all who can be called the ruler of the great state of Jalisco. Check out this week's preview scrolling down.

Club America vs Cruz Azul: Two desperate teams who are always eager to hurt each other

Las Aguilas haven't had a great tournament so far, being thrashed in their last game with a disappointing 4-0 loss to Veracruz. Coach Gustavo Matosas is under severe pressure, and this week could determine his fate if his team loses against La Maquna and if they add another disappointing performance against Herediano on Wednesday. On the other side of the pitch, Cruz Azul keep their up and coming form that made their fans burst into their training ground, demanding more intensity from the players. The struggle between Number 4 and Number 5 of the Clausura 2015 standings should be quite entertaining for fans to watch.

Last time these two sides met, Cruz Azul destroyed America 4-0, and they will surely try to repeat that.

Atlas vs Chivas: Who will come out on top between Jalisco's most supported sides?

"El Clasico Tapatío" will be Saturday night's happening in Jalisco, when Atlas hosts Chivas at Estadio Jalisco. Guadalajara's season has been quite surprising, considering they started the tournament as one of the prime candidates to be relegated. The recent weeks have given "El Rebaño Sagrado" the necessary boost to forget their relegation problems for a while, and surely a victory against Los Rojinegros would make their tournament even better. Meanwhile, Atlas is still trying to establish themselves as a threat while playing at home, winning only two games out of five they've hosted. Las Chivas will try to end Atlas' run over them, since they have only been able to defeat their hosts once in their previous ten meetings. Both team's owners will also have to be worried about their fans not fighting against each other, since the previous meetings between them have ended with violent incidents among them.

Atlas took advantage of Chivas' poor form last tournament to beat them 1-0 at Estadio Omnilife

Tijuana vs Monterrey: The league leaders will host one of their all-time idols

Los Xolos will have one of the most emotional games for them this season when they are visited by Monterrey. Tijuana will always remember it was Antonio Mohamed, now coaching Monterrey, who gave the their first Liga MX title back in 2012, and his visit to Estadio Caliente will not go unnoticed. Los Rayados desperately need to win their first game away from Estadio Tecnológico, having been able to score only two goals when playing on foreign soil. On the other hand, Tijuana lost their second game of the season against Cruz Azul, and will surely try to re-establish their dominance in this tournament.

Tijuana's men need to bring back their colorful goalscoring celebrations against Monterrey
