The referee showed seven yellow cards throughout the game, none of them for Medel. He was the man supposed to be mark Firmino in Brazil's goal.

After the game between Brazil and Chile ended, there was a total of 47 fouls in the stats sheet. Neymar was not happy that there were still 22 players on the field after the game.

Out of all fouls, probably the nastiest one came from Gary Medel over Neymar in the 22nd minute of the first half. The Chilean defender stamped his right boot on the Brazilian striker and the referee Martin Atkinson just signaled a free kick.

Neymar had to receive medical attention before resuming the play. The 23-year-old Barcelona forward was impressed that none of the officials saw what really happened at the Emirates Stadium pitch.

“But what can we do? The referee didn’t see it. He's there but he didn’t see it. There are four officials and nobody saw anything,” Neymar said. “You have to have an eye on this things.”

Karma seemed to hit Medel who in the second half made a mistake that cost Chile the game. He was the man supposed to mark Roberto Firmino, the one who scored the game-winning goal.

Neymar was happy for his teammate, who shined the day Neymar could not do so. The star of the team had a very physical game against Chile. He had six fouls in the first 45 minutes, which earned him a yellow card.

Now, he was not happy with the treatment Medel got after the foul. He believed a foul like the one he received is just not part of soccer.

“If we say that is part of the game, then the name [of the sport] is wrong. We can’t call it football -- we should call it UFC. I am the one who suffers the pain.”

Brazil would win the game 1-0 over Chile. They are now on an eight-game winning streak since the World Cup. Up next is the Copa America in June and it will be played in Chile.
