Yes, Ronaldo's new haircut is headline-worthy. He is just THAT popular.

Hate him or love him, the whole world is obsessed with Cristiano Ronaldo and his every move, and there is no denying that.

The world's most popular man on Facebook, the Portuguese ace has reached a level of stardom previously unknown to mankind, that a simple, everyday action such as getting a new haircut could make the headlines.

The 30-year-old was widely talked about in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil for undergoing three different hairstyles for the three group stage games his nation played before crashing out.

And now, Cristiano has done it again. Ahead of Portugal's Euro 2016 qualifier tie with Serbia on Sunday, the Real Madrid ace was seen sporting a new haircut. Simple, yet majestic, his new cut features a line running through the left side of his side.

Ronaldo will be hoping his new hairdo will inspire a fresh start. Having started the season tremendously well, he has been in a slump as of late, struggling to find form.

However, despite Real Madrid's recent loss in El Clasico, the three-time Ballon d'Or winner can take positives heading into the international break, having scored the only goal past Barcelona.
